Case: Rebranding of a trade association

An EU level trade association needed to modernise its brand identity to strengthen its profile and role in the industry. It also wanted to attract new members.
 

Approach

We took the lead of the project, streamlined efforts and added expertise. We developed a communications strategy through board workshops digging into the mission and vision, identified the key stakeholders and the best ways to engage with them, and defined the metrics for success. Finally, we delivered the rebranding with a new website, social media assets and other materials, and a member engagement plan.
 

Results

​The rebrand received positive feedback from members and other stakeholders, strengthening association's credibility. It boosted social media visibility, increased board and member engagement, and contributed to a successful 20th-anniversary celebration with an future-looking panel discussion.

Case: Launch PR for an international start-up

A circular economy start-up entering the international market needed PR support to the launch of it first production facility in Mexico. It also wanted to raise awareness about its solution to attract interest of potential clients, partners and investors.

Approach

We developed a PR plan with targeted messaging, including social media and media strategies for key countries. We coordinated with high-level partners’ communications teams and executed cost-efficient social media campaigns to build awareness and drive engagement.

Results

​The launch achieved streamlined messaging across all stakeholders, exceeding media coverage targets, including TV exposure. Website traffic doubled, and LinkedIn views surged by nearly 300% within two months. With continued collaboration we provided branding advisory for a merger, support to the mangement in communications, media relations, and content creation.

Case: Marketing and customer communications for an SME

A newcomer in the housing sector sought support for its marketing efforts and customer communications to grow and  foster the brand promise.

Approach

​We developed a communications strategy aligned with the company’s business plan and values, defining roles, stakeholder needs, key channels, and success metrics. We provided ongoing support for all customer communications, managing content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media, and produced order forms, event materials, and other visuals.

​The client achieved steady growth in line with long-term business goals.
